What’s the photo?

The photo is of Whistlejacket a painting by George Stubbs who is as famous for drawing the insides (anatomy) of horses as their outsides.

Whistlejacket was painted in 1762 for the horse’s owner the 2nd Marquess of Rockingham and hangs today in the National Gallery in London’s Trafalgar Square. The painting is enormous at nearly 3m x 2.5m; it may be the biggest in the gallery.
